Responsible for all planning related functions within the company, providing Project Control Solutions covering six divisions within the Rhead Group. Leading a dedicated team of twenty Project Control Managers / Planners. Actively involved in gaining new clients/projects implementing full lifecycle Project Solutions into their businesses, including Tendering and evaluations, Bid development, implementation of EVM, Linear Project Control, Risk management (Pertmaster), Forensic Claims, Disputes and EOT both here in UK and UAE, Commissioning, final accounts & handover.

Schedule using P5 a 250M EPC fast track project. Senior scheduler for site including integrating sub-contractors schedules into master CPM schedule. Resource loaded to manually level resources and coordinate subcontractors to site.

Scheduler for Turbine Retrofit at various nuclear power plants throughout the U.S. Develop Level 5 resource loaded scheduled for CPM. Use of P3 for hourly scope management, earned value and cost reporting. Daily walk downs during outages for status and change management. Daily cost actuals to client. Interface with client on schedule.

Implement Globally Primavera P6 and Project Controls within Halliburton Pipeline and Process Services

 

Project Coordinator / Planning Engineer based at Sullom Voe Oil Terminal, Shetland Islands contracted to BP



Reporting to the senior project manager - Pipe Inspection Project

Weekly update and distribute (to management, key personnel, BP planner and representatives) offshore construction and onshore engineering plans (6 week, 12 week, 6Q lookaheads, along with the relevant histograms)

Monthly reporting to management (gantt charts / manhour summaries / histograms / productivity figures)
