Retained by Corby Power to provide technical support during defence preparation of a £43.5M litigation instituted by the turnkey contractor. Responsibilities included case project management, preparation of technical rebuttals, co-ordination of the technical & office-support teams, liaison with solicitors (Denton Hall) & counsel, attending interlocutory hearings, co-ordination and support of expert & fact witnesses, progress reporting, monitoring the case budget, co-ordination of discovery & case bundles. The case settled out of Court.
