Functional Department Manager for Jacobs Morocco (JESA),a new Joint Venture office startup in Casablanca, Morocco.  The program entailed establishing new departmental policies and procedures capable of supporting work on a continuous basis, initially for $44BB single client program, expanding to a multi-client full service office.  Charged with the responsibility for hiring department and project personnel, project assignment, training, management oversight, procedures development and deployment for all Project Controls personnel.

Palaris Mining - Senior Project Manager

Planning Scheduling on Project and Development work at the Whitehaven Narrabri North Coal Mine.

·         Basic responsibilities includes erection, commissioning and troubleshooting of Company manufactured/ supplied machineries mainly for cement plant, like Wagon Loader, Rotopacker, Long Belt conveyors, Truck Loader, Equipments for silo extraction system like air slides, manual gates, Flow control gates etc.

·         Installed 2 nos. Wagon Loader inLAFARGE INDIA, JOJOBERA, JHARKHAND.

·         Planning (include micro planning and bar chart preparation) , Monitoring/ Supervision  of  erection of   various Material Handling Machines like, Kiln, Raw Mill, Cooler, Blending silo, Lime Stone Bunker, Cement mill, Coal Mill, Conveyors and Preheater tower.
