Logmor Projects International Limited is looking for a Project Controls Manager for a client based in London on a long term contract.
Our client is a well established management consultancy with offices strategically based around the world; they have continued to grow even with recessions / credit crunches around us & will offer a stable and continuous contract.
The project is a Large Mining project in Africa, study being conducted in the West London, UK offices. This is an Iron Ore development, including process plant and associated infrastructure. The project will include management of prefeasibility study (PFS) engineer and consultants to delivery PFS within approved timeframe.
These opportunities is for a project controls manager that is degree educated or has 12 or more Years of pertinent experience with a proven track record as a project controls leader, managing teams and delivering successful solutions to clients. You will be proactive, and be anticipatory taking charge of changing project challenges , highly developed communication skills are a much with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation and with multiple organisations. The Project Controls Manager will promote and train a controls culture, within the client’s organisation and you will require primavera version 6 and cost controls systems skills along with offering at least an intermediate level of document control and risk methodologies
The Successful Project Controls Manager will take ownership and management of an owners project controls team, reporting directly to the Project Director, develop skills and motivate the project controls team, assure and control the quality of project controls activities and apply procedures along with supervise the monitoring, controlling and reporting on commitment and expenditure
