Developed detailed project schedule for the design and construction of 2 Boy Schools consisting 32 classrooms each for the Royal Commission (RC). Advise the RC on matters relating to Cost, Planning, Scheduling, Engineering and Construction. Lead design group in detailed design and shop drawings preparation, and interface with RC Engineering for the approval of such drawings. Responsible for the cataloging and development of a comprehensive Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning Library containing all relevant correspondence, drawings, etc., through the duration of the project..
