Supervise and performed responsible field and office engineering in the programming, planning and estimating. Provide direction and technical advice to cost estimators and quantity surveyors in the preparation of bid responses of various tender projects. Identify material for tender and contract work projects. Appraise Request for Quotation Responses, prepare and submit Permanent Material Approval, and place Purchase Orders or Subcontract Agreements for contract work projects. Follow-up placed materials and monitor deliveries.
