When you are on Contractor side when can you allowed to change the planned %. As on a Contractor side you would issue a planning package which comes with a S curve which says that that at this week you would complete this much % of progress (Planning package - Schedule , S Curve , Weightage, narrative etc) for which you need clients approval which would be then used as a reporting basis weekly / monthly.
As above ,I am loosing monies of activity tab when i complete a task.
I have a P6 loaded plan ,that once I have completed a task the monies auto disappear of the activity resource tab.
If I complete the task ,the monies drop of the resource tab.
How do I stop this happening?
loosing monies when i 100% complete.

once I claim a activity by clicking the start and finish activities.
The monies of my resource tab disappear.
I now it will be a simple fix but how do I stop this happening.
I am working on a NEC3 project which has gone several months without having an accepted programme.
What is correct way to assess a compensation event in the period where there is not an accepted programme?
For example the last accepted programme is January and the event occurs at the start of June. Should progress from the End May rejected programme be added to the January programme to give a more realistic position at the time of the event. At the moment if the January programme is used the event is overstated.
