Hi,
I am trying to figure out what will be the best way to show plan when I have constraints on accessing the building to perform installation of items.
For example, I need to access the dates between 1 Dec and 31 Dec, but my parts won't arrive until 15 January. How could I show the 15 January in a Critical Path, that it is affected by the building access dates.
I can post a sample of the activities if someone is willing to help me further.

Can anybody advice if there is any code or standard mention the contain of the claim submission by the contractor, and can I instruct the contractor as an engineer for the project to use a specified way of analyzing the claim such as window analysis for example.

Has anybody had any experience with a typical glass balustrading and assosiated hand rail system installation. I need an average output for its installation, e.g. (50m). Also how many men make up the installation gang,

Please someone post the productivity of manpower for different services like, Water supply, Drainage, Chilled water supply, fire fighting, elctrical works etc for building construction project.

Intially the project finish date was 30April 2016, Because of the Penalty milestone, dates have been prepon to Dec 2015..so how to fix this in p6???
