Can anyone else give me 3-4 SF relationsip examples for construction management?
I have a question from my university, hope it's ok to ask it here.
So both NPV and DPP are used to determine the profitability of a project. But what are the advantages/pros of each of them and in what kind of project/condition will NPV be valued more than DPP and vice versa?

I have a new client who have just invested in P6 for the first time (R16.2)
I am in the preocess of setting up to record earned value. Not currently looking to record actuals in P6.
The clients reporting calendar is aligned to calendar months.
Do I have to set up reporting periods aligned to calendar months manually in order to store period performance or is there a quick way to do this?
'Batch Create Financial Periods' doesnt appear to have options for calendar months.

As Acontractor :1- Should I send notice of delay within 21 days ?
2- Any one have a template for notice of delay?
3- what the impact of net sending or sending late?

I am Pranav Patil, recently I have faced one interview. They asked me to calculate manpower required for a building RCC work whereas building has 4000 Sqm built up area for each floor. Total floors are 30 Nos. Scheduled completion is 15 Month.
I calculated manpower requirement as follows. Please suggest me if I wrong.
Total Nos. of floors - 30 Nos.
Completion time - 15 Months
Cycle time to complete one floor - 30/15 = 0.5 Months = 15 Days.
