How can i sheft the quantities of budgeted labor unit into the column of default units/time?

Hello planners,
I am facing a problem in the project baseline. I received a baseline of 5,000 activities, where the resources are loaded wrong. The old planner placed the default units/time quantities in the column of budgeted labor units my mistake. Can someone guide me or help me in shifting them from the column of budgeted labor units to default units/time?
I tried to copy the program, and maintain it then assigning it. But when i go to the global changes, there is no column named as BL1 budgeted labor units.
Help me please.

hi guys,

 

i want to make a labor histogram for interior fitout manufacture or production, 

how can i make days ,hours for 4 month, i have labors catergory carpenter, fabricators, helpers.

 

with MS EXCEL i want to make siomple with 2d graph.please help me guys all i wnat is column and formula,hope i ll get some help

Sequence of execution- A/G piping insulation + heat tracing + painting

Dear Construction planner,

Is there soemone there who can confirm the work sequence for activities mentioned in the subject:

AFTER A/G piping installed, the sequence is as follow:

First painting (except the welds)

Second , install heat tracing (if aplicacble).

Third, hydrotest

Fourth, reinstament + final painting.

Final , Insulation.

Is this correct ??? any skilled construction planner out there.

How to manage the bunch of activity (list of activities no relationship to each other) in P6

Can anyone advise me how to manage and progress some job with no relationship to each other, for example: We have 100 junction box need to check during Turnaround, and each JB need only 1 hour to check. Please advise me? THanks

Updating Existing Project for new Baseline

Hi,

Recently I have just amended my resources cost. I want to update my cost baseline by updating the current project by importing previous updated *.xer files. However, when I try to schedule my program it become 0% (except for the 100% activities). Can anyone advise me why does this happen? Or do I have to manually insert in the performance percentage manually one by one to each of the activities. Which by the way consist of more than 500 activities!!!
