I found very pecular problem. I am using P6v7, in my baseline schduele (resouce loaded, fixed budget) Planned value is showing as 122,757,666 for the DD is 22.apr.2017 but for the same date if you see cum.BL project total cost in Activity Usage Spreadsheet it is showing 128,811,923....
Kindly suggest me why this difference is comibg..
And also tell me tge default setting for CALCULaTIONS in Project details

Duplicate topic due to fat fingers.
I'm tearing whats left of my hair out here.
I'm trying to set up a variance layout to assist with a delay report I'm writing.
The issue I have is the variances P6 is calculating seem incorrect, in some circumstances looking approximately double the difference between the calendar dates.
The activities are on a 24hr calendar, could this explain the issue?

I was updating one of my program and even after increasing data date by 7 days, finish date of particular package got earlier by 27 days, where my project finish date has increased by 7 days as usual. I have ckecked the links , links seems to be good as this program is in use for 5 years and this is the 1st time something like this has happened.
Please guide me with this.
