The acwp´s Data curve are provided form invoicing or Time sheet (from startdate to data date) , but how to generate the forecast curve of the rest of acwp between the data date and a estimated at completion ?
Is there any function which combine the cost variance and the performance cost index ?

I'm a new member therefore forgive me if I'm posting this in the wrong section.
I am looking for a good template of GANTT chart in Excel
The ones I could find on the internet are mostly limited in the number of activities.
I need somethiing where I can have:
- start/finish dates
- % complete in a different color
- duration
- summary activities
- possibility of personalizing the bars
The purpose is to use it as a Lev.1 schedule to report to the management

I'd exported a project from P6 R8.2 to MS Project, but the row from P6 that shows project name, total duration of project, start and projected finish date of project doesn't appears in MS Project format.

I am constructing a time schedule for conveyance pipeline, the schedule is EPC, the pipes are procured from outside the country, how can I link between the engineering documents with the delivery dates of the pipes if those dates are late and the engineering documents will not take too much time to be produced and approved?
I find only the lag between the engineering and procurement?

I know exactly how to calculate and what does it mean EV (earned value) and AC (actual cost).
But I'm a little confused about VOWD (value of the work done).
So, I would like to know if you can share with me some online informations where I can see exactly what does it mean each one.
VoWD is equal to AC? or rather VoWD is equal to EV?

I am hoping one of you can help me, I am currently in SA studying a course in construction project management and one of my assignments is to produce a project schedule for an apartment block consitsing of 20 units. The course is based in the UK and being from South Africa I am not familiar with the construction methods used in the UK and I do not have any experience in planning apartment blocks. Do any of you have an example that will give me a starting point for my assignment, I am using Microsoft Projects or Primavera.
