I want to track my project using Budgeted Units on Daily basis. What i want to do is that i want to enter the actual unit daily and want to have a histogram on daily Basis how can i do it. Any Suggesstions or help will be appreciated.

Can anybody tell me is there any way to enter the productivity of Equipment or manpower.For Example I want to excavate 50m3 and my productivity of excavator is 10m3/day and i have made my days constant to 3days and tells me to add new resource so that it can be completed in 3days.Any suggestion would be appreciated

I've recently started Working as a Planning Engineer and I am currently working on a project for which I have done Scheduling, Resource Scheduling and Costing for that Project But I am stuck in one thing that is our work is done in remote areas and we provide facilities to our manpower like Transportation allowances,Food Allowances,Daily transportation From camp to Site, accommodation.I want to add there costs in my project and show them Separately.
When I go to update my program and the labor units is more than budgeted, once I apply the actuals the duration is correct but the actual labor units ends up the same as the budgeted all the time. Can someone help me please to what I am doing wrong?
I am currently in the process of making easy to understand reports.

i just imported a programme, i discovered that duration of material resources are set to zero unlike the activities durations, any advice ?
