I need your assistance. I am new to building construction projects. Construction of Villas.. I will appreciate if you can guide me with sequence of work and relationship logic for this kind of project, or a sample template and what to watch out for during the projct lifecycle since i have only the BOQ to work with and make the baseline for the consultants. It is recommended to divide the work into zones, depending on the plans of the Villas.
Subsequently, you can apply the BOQ divisions into each zone. You will need to go through the plans and sections of the project to determine the sequence of work. Once you determine the activities, you can connect them according to sequence.
Start with something small and then let your construction manager review it. Once approved, you can go to model the whole project.
