Hello ya'll,
I have a filter on my planning so I only see the items of my discipline. In none of the heading bars I can see the
correct summary of the items shown in my chosen layout.
Now I copy them to Excel so I can select the items I need to know.. But this doesn't work efficiently..
Anyone has the answer?

I'm trying to understand why P6 resource levels over non-working time hours. For example, I have a resource that only works Monday - Friday but when I resource level, it shows as an over-allocation at the weekends where I would have thought it would extend the duration to account for this. I do not have the "Level resources only within activity Total Float" option selected.
Can anyone suggest where I may have a setting wrong - I have been through all the user prefs and cannot see anything to affect it.

Currently I have a project which I am working on with Starting Date 1/jun/17 and Finishing Date 1/jun/19. As a result of some delayments during cinstruction its showing - ve Float value. I know I cant just edit the date or change the baseline date as well.
Cause in the end it depends on the data date entry. Therefore I would apperciate if anyone could guide me to find a solution for this issue. A way by wish I can reducde that float or make it even a +ve value would be much better.

I having an issue when i add a new resource on to a activity, Primavera zeroes all costs added on all previously added resource.
and re calculate the units. I hacve unticked the auto compute and calc costs from units for the resouce but still happens,
Any ideas how to stop that from happening?
How can we show multiple basines on barchart area? and up to how many baselines can we show, in addition (under) each actual bar?
once an activity is completed and remains in the past and we update the data date, why do early start and early finish columns still show something? they show the data date. why? arent those supposed to show the remaining work? so for a finished activity should they not be empty?
In my current project that got handed over to me, I have 2 calendars. 95% of those are on Calendar 1 and 5% Calendar 2.
About 20% of activities have incorrect start and finish times (not starting at 8a or finishing at 5p) (although the dates are most possibly accurate)
Is there a quick way to fix this?

Are you transferring a Primavera P6 schedule file from one counterpart P6 database to another, most likely from subcontractor to customer? I am trying to match "plan" dates in P6 to "start" or "actual Start" dates depending on the case using global change. For some reason "plan" dates do not change to "actual" dates despite committing to the global change.
Was wondering if someone else has encountered the same problem and what measures you to make it work.
