I have received a Pre-Comm/Comm schedule from our contractor , now my management wants me to add remaining construction activities to this schedule to drive mechanical completion , So I added Sub WBS to the existing WBS. There are more than 1000 activities which needs to be moved to the next lower level.

Can anyone tell me whether the date notation - in grouping bands - can be changed to European date format?
I've grouped my layout on 'Start' and defined the Group Interval as Day.

Whereas my User Preferences have a different format (also visibile in Start and Finish columns).

Hi, how could i solve my problem on how to correct my earned value cost calculation on my updated Schedule in P6. Example of incorrect earned value cost is 2500USD instead of 6500USD at 100% Physical % Completed. Is there any way to resolve this issue? Is there any settings needs to fix in P6 v8.2? P6 Professional 16.1 will not add new pred or succ in Window but will using highlight and button combo. It is almost as if something is keeping the add activity window from popping up. I will pop up if I click an existing predecessor and change it but will not if there are no predecessors. Same with successors. I can work around not being able to just simple add a new predecessor by just using the activity above it using highlighting and the top ribbon button and then change it - but I assume this is a bug or something.
