I review many schedules. I used to make many schedules. I have been noticing that many contractors prefer to enter costs as resource units instead of costs. I recall it was better, but I cannot remember why it is easier - any insights into why this is common? I can, and eventually will ask the contractors but I like to be prepared.

I don't know if there's a way of doing this in P6 v8.2 but I have an activity with two predecessors and I need the earliest finisher to be the driver not the latest.
Essentially two items are being tested and the first to complete the test gets onto the next stage.

I am looking for a way to create a timephased labor report from my current working schedule. I can run one showing budgeted units planned per month by person. Many activities on my current schedule have been delayed/slipped and I would like to have a report showing the new untis planned per month as a result of the slip. All my activities are Physical % Complete and task dependent. I do not track actuals in Primavera.
