Hello

What would the best way to import status in P6 be. Almost all activities will be "physical %".

How do I ensure the status gets logeed in accurately. Many a times when I export a spreadsheet out from P6 and import it back with updated status (% complete, RD, Actual Date), I still end up messsing up certain values. So wanted to check if there was a fool proof way of achieving this simple task without manually having to type it all in.

v15.2 - Last job request: Pending stuck

Hello,

I am using Primavera P6 V15.2. I have been trying to create a copy of a schedule, but the "Last Job Request: Pending" status has not change for a while. No schedule is created and nothing shows up when I try to refresh. I logged out the P6 and signed in again but the Pending status still there.

Does anyone knows how to fix it? Greatly appreciated for any comment and suggestion.

SAP PM & Primavera Integration

Hi All.

if somebody could assist me with the integration solutions of Primavera to SAP PM.

Notes: Company doesnt have Primavera, yet to buy. SAP PM module underway (under development)

now we need to purchase primavera (min for 8 persons) and integrate it to our new SAP PM. have herad about middleways like Maxavera being the interface tool.

please suggest which primavera should i buy and how we can integrate it.

P6 Web EPPM - Financial Periods - Overlapping Error

Hello, when I create a financial period batch in Weeks in P6 EPPM, I get an error "Failed Saving Data. Cannot create overlapping financial periods". It only allows me to create (10) weeks, no more, adding week 11 creates the error. However, I can create a batch for many months at a time with no problem. In my opinion, this error should not happen while it creates its own batches. I can see if I entered it manually and I overlapped some dates.

all activities revert to Root node WBS (seemingly) overnight ... but only in one project

Good morning

I have an +/-80,000 activity schedule in P6 enterprise environment. It is spread over 6 separate but interlinked projects, each controlled by a differnet scheduler

For the last couple of days one of those projects (but only one) is suffering from some sort of WBS reset each night. On return to work in the morning the scheduler affected finds all (100%) of his activities have been reassigned to the root WBS node of the project. The WBS structure is still there however (phew)

Export to Excel, Group and Sort Summary Layout

I'm attempting to export to excel a group and sort layout which groups the activities to show grand totals and summaries only. How can I export this to excel in the same layout format I see on my screen?

I've tried multiple ways, but the export keeps every single activity, not in the grouping and summary totals I had set. I'd like to only see the 15 or so rows of grouped activities, not the hundred of lines of every individual activity.

Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks!

Float using Mandatory = 30 dy float for example, but "On or Before" same dates sais 0 - why? should be 30 also...
