My EPC project includes materials, engineered equipment, subcontracts, constructions equipment, indirect and dirct labor. I would like to try the cost / budget loading and earned value functions of P6.
Michael Lepage uses Resources (Material) for Cost Loading - why? (instead of cost or expenses) I had always heard that was better but why not put costs where costs would normally go - in the cost setup??
Is that possible to export Primavera WBS as chart view to PDF ?

I have a need to see dates of some of the milestones of a project in EPS view in EPPMIn general
In general I can see, that some of the dates can be shown in EPS view:
e.g. :
Start / Finish
BL Start / BL finish
But what if I create a Milestone1 for every project and then want to see for every project
Milestone1 Start
BL Milestone1 Start
can this be done?

i have made a copy of a schedule and updated it but forgot to copy the baseline is there a way i can retrospectivly copy across the older copy of the schedule to a baseline in my new copy?

I have a plan in which I have an activity being pushed out and I wondered if there is an easy way to isolate it's critical driving predecessors going back to the initial activity causing the move? Manually it's taking ages.

WARNING: So it DOES NOTE WORK to export and import LAYOUTS with User Text and Defined columns. I am doing it with computer right next to each other. Everything is there except those. They can be added and the data is there. Whats with that? Anything else related to this I should know? The versions are basically the same. I might use those columns more than most - during my draft process because setting up and changing "codes" are more of a hassle until you know the data better.

After I enter actual progress (by changing remaining duration), I also want to change actual or remaining Labor Budgeted Units. I know by default they also change in proportion to Duration % but may be resource has worked less or more so I would want to change it. I can change it, no problem.

When adding or removing multiple resource assigments on activities
1- Preserve the units, duration and units/time for existing assignments
2- Recalculate the units, duration and units/time for existing assignments based on the activity duration type.
Best standardized file structure for schedulers, scheduling, schedules for construction. - how is yours?
