I am analysing a program for a dispute. The dispute occured part way through the project so the delays are retrospective but the impact is prospective.
My client, I beleive by accident changed a calendar for a future few activities from a 24x7 to a 8hr/day calendar. Effectively slipping the program by a sizeable chunk of time. Can this calendar be corrected back to 24x7 for an arbitration? will the arbitrator accept such a major correction?

Hi,
I was analysing a schedule for a contractor. The final milestone (constrained finish on or before) has a float of -78 days and a finish of 1 Jan 15. If I remove this constraint I was expecting the end date to move by 78 days to Middle of March. Instead the program moved by 152 days. Any idea why this may have happened?

I am analyzing a delay claim submitted by a contractor to an Owner. They are using a "But For Baseline" schedule as the basis to measure delay.
The Baseline schedule included closeout activities (60 days) following construction completion to Final Acceptance. The contractor claims the actual duration was only 8 days to complete the closeout activities.
They then revise the Baseline schedule to reduce the closeout duration from 60 days to 8 days. They then measure delays to the as-built schedule.
