Non-working not shown on Summary Item Line

Hi All,

I am hoping to find a solution that displays the Non-working time shading over the task bars. I am able to format the shading over my whole programme but for some reason it 'disappears' over one particular line (68), and then reappears further down the programme. What is going on?

See image attached to better explain what I am trying to word.

Initially, my thoughts stemmed around different calendars being used, or that it was because the particular line was a 'Summary' but adjusting these seems to make no difference.

Consumable Resources - Reports

E
Euan Rennie 👤 Member for 8 years 3 months

I have my programme fully resourced with "Consumable Resources" i.e Materials.

I would ideally like to be able to export a spreadsheet which shows me:

  1. The quantity I have of each Consumable Resource
  2. The % of the Consumable Resource which has been used to date based on Programme progress

Is there anyway to do this?  I can see the quantity of each Consumable Resource by going into Libary Explorer > Consumable Resources and selecting "Show All Fields."  Is there a way to export what I can see here into a spreadsheet?

Exporting Historgram to Excel

Hello all, could someone please help me get my histograms exported to an excel document? I am confused as to how this process works exactly. I've created a monthly costs and project s curve histograms. I need these to be exported to an excel document so they can stand alone from the project schedule pages. When I go to export them it asks for a template. This is where i get stuck. I do not know where to get a template or what it exactly it requires it for. If anyone could be of assitance it would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Austin

Adjust start date when schedule has logic applied to it

Hello everyone, I am a construction student using asta to build a schedule for a project I am working on. Now, I have built the entire schedule start to finish, but unfortunetly I have forgotten to add my preconstruction tasks, which, are required for my project. I established the start date (Notice to Proceed) for 10/12/2018 and proceeded with my schedule logic. I would like to have the preconstruction tasks starting on 8/27/2018 and move in logical order on the schedule.
