- Preparing and updating the project baseline / master program.

- Preparing tender programs.

- Assist in standard work break down and implementation of same to schedule.

- Ensure resource planning is done adequately and monitor and maintain resource levels and forecasts.

- Preparing progress S-curve (Time wise/Man-hours) and manpower histograms.

- Preparation of commodity charts and tracking with actual for close monitoring.

- Establishment of Progress Measurement System.

- Preparing weekly look ahead program as per the master program.

- Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.

- Preparing Earned value & KPI reports.

- Preparing recovery programs.

- Monitoring progress throughout the construction process and comparing it with the master program.

- Liaising with the project manager / engineers throughout the process, making adjustments to the master plan as necessary.

- Attending periodic internal coordination meeting and progress meeting.

- Informing the project manager with the status of the critical path activities.

- Ensuring the cash flow is as per planned schedule and revise as the project evolves.

- Preparing extension of time claims.
