Attached as Acting Planning Manager to Pan Borneo Highway Project Phase 1 (Work Package 11)

-  Train and develop the planning team comprising of 3 planning engineers.

-  Review weekly and monthly progress reports prior to official submission.

›   Primary interface with Contractor and PM/CM on closure process of disputed, fixed and re-opened snagIDs from SnagR, and ensure quality of closure submission of fixed snagIDs within SnagR.

›   Managed process of recording, maintenance, and coordinate issuance to responsible team of MEP disciplines work pack (internal database) that captures all outstanding work from internal and external stakeholders.

As a student and a team member at SKEMA Business School. doing so many teamwork with classmates like writing a report, organize an event of selling food. also, learn to communicate with tutor. 

Larry is the Managing Partner of Conquest Consulting Group (CCG). Larry has been actively involved in many of CCG's consulting areas, including providing cold-eyes estimate reviews, estimate preparation, cost engineering organizational development, project controls, risk management and training.
