- Providing SME guidance and support to the Programme Risk Manager
- Providing day to day Assumptions (ADMIS), Risk (ARM) & Cost support to the responsible functional leads in the FSM Project Team.
- Providing advice and definition of process improvement plans for project control functions in conjunction with other disciplines.
- Leading improvements to risk definition, assessment & management with senior stakeholders.
- Collation and assessment of tactical risks to inform programme strategic risks.
- Knowledge and skills transfer to grow the ability and maturity of the client team.
