• Providing SME guidance and support to the Programme Risk Manager
• Providing day to day Assumptions (ADMIS), Risk (ARM) & Cost support to the responsible functional leads in the FSM Project Team.
• Providing advice and definition of process improvement plans for project control functions in conjunction with other disciplines.
• Leading improvements to risk definition, assessment & management with senior stakeholders.
• Collation and assessment of tactical risks to inform programme strategic risks.
• Knowledge and skills transfer to grow

• Create and maintain P6 schedule programme using data from the MoD requirement, ensuring that the correct level of logic is incorporated to support the Programme Manager’s requirement.
• Apply the FSMIPT Project Structure to all programmes incorporating logic & coding as required to deliver programme outputs.
• Facilitate meetings with FSMIPT Heads of Department and Design and Safety Teams to actively collect progress information and updates of Primavera P6 work schedules.
