Having established the implementation programme, seen through tendering and award and brough all Contractors on board with project controls requirements I was given the task of delivering the Project to the programme.  With a Project Management team of 43 individuals and a Project Team team consisting of local Client, Contractors and Cost consultant and international Design and Supervision consultant topping out at over 9,000 individuals, I was responsible for the team co-ordinating and managing the successful delivery of 1427 luxury villas for Bahrian’s most prestigious Island Development.  During this time I receiving a regional leadership award for safety in my role as PD.
