Projects Control Manager

 

  • Lead the time management, risk management, document management, project control
  • Prepare the EOT claim assessment of Lusail Twin Tower (6 & 5 star Hotels) in Lusail Marina Qatar (M$ 800). Prepare Time Impact Analysis as stated in the contract in the schedule analysis of the EOT claim. Support the EOT for the Engineer determination.
  • Manage the reporting System and risk registry for the Design/Tender/Construction Phases.
  • Prepare and update the Master Schedule and prepare executive dashboard.
