Devise project implementation strategy options for management to make informed decisions for the project and develop Master Programs from initiation to completion.
Develops and maintains systems and procedures covering the areas of project controls, planning, scheduling, progress measurement and reporting.
Ensures that suitable contractual provisions are made in all contracts to provide appropriate project controls data, information and documentation.
