Senior Planning Engineer (PMC):
- Set the Project Controls requirements for the project.
- Developing High Level Baseline Master Schedules.
- Review and approval of the detailed baseline schedule by the contractor.
- Set templates for the weekly/Monthly progress report.
- Preparing & submitting the weekly and monthly progress report for project's owner.
- Reviewing the weekly and monthly progress reports submitted by the Contractor.
- Monitoring project's progress and reporting any deviations from the baseline.
- Tracking the project risk items and Mainting a risk register.
- Analyzing the Float Paths of the project on weekly basis.
- reviewing EOT submitted by the contractor.
