PROJECT PLANNING EGINEER, Delco Infrastructure Project Ltd, East Central Railway Gauge Conversion & Bridges

·         Prepare Gant Chart, Resource Chart, Resource allocation & Leveling.

·         Finding Critical activities & Critical Path.

·         Project Tracking on daily basis and submit DPR, WPR, and MPR.

·         Liaosining with Sub Contractors and prepared work order & LOI.

·         Prepared project cost estimation for the contract.

·         Responsible for all Fabrication & Erection work.

·         Re Conciliation of Stock & prepare Measurement Book.
