Key Responsibilities:

·   Conducted forensic analysis of previous project schedule to establish the claim/delay of the TTC Finch West Project.

·    Re-structured the project master schedule by revising logic and duration to reflect the current site condition.

·   Precisely analysis the schedule received from sub-trade/constructor and successfully integration in the master schedule.

·   Updated project milestone & schedule bi-weekly, generated schedule report using P6 and lead the schedule meeting with constructor and sub-trade.
