• Prepare the work breakdown and project detail activities for Clause 31 programme (Baseline) with P6 and MSP for control and integrity of work to be performed, as defined by the contract
• Maintain and issue Clause 32 (Monthly Updated Programme) based NEC3 contract on a timely basis to support project reporting including variance analysis and critical path analysis
Project Controls Consultant/Proprietor
CPM schedule analysis, exploratory cost analysis, change control, and project management process consulting.
¨ Identified $150K in erroneous contractor resource charges.
¨ Reconciled errors between owner cash basis accounting and client accrual basis accounts receivable, identifying $900K in invoices due to the client.
