· Prepare master and detail EPCC project schedule, overall planning, forecast, monitor, and control resource requirement for Capital construction project to meet contraction objectives within time, approved budget, and client satisfactory.
Develop baseline master work programme including physical and financial S-curve.
Support Project Manager in integrating subcontractors programmes into the master schedule.
Prepare manpower & machinery histogram.
Prepare and update work programme and cash flow curve showing actual progress.
Prepare weekly report and monthly report.
Prepare lookahead programme.
Prepare presentation materials on the status of project.
Attend site meeting.
Prepare and review EOT claims to client.
