Punzal Steel Corporation is involved in the construction of structural steel buildings. The company fabricates and install various steel frames and sections for commercial buildings, warehouses, & residential buildings.
• Prepares Bill of Materials of proposed projects for bidding and quotation purposes. Scope of works include civil and structural works.
• Prepares work schedule, Gantt chart, PERT/CPM diagram using Primavera Project Planner for the proposed projects.
• Conducts re-quantification of required materials prior to purchasing for on-going projects.
• Prepares fabrication and construction drawings for steel columns, beams, trusses, and accessories such as anchor bolts, plates, connectors, and etc. using AutoCAD 2002.
• Creates three-dimensional model for presentation and analysis purposes using AutoCAD 2002.
• Conducts periodic visits to fabrication shop to inspect/check materials being fabricated conforms to the approved drawings and specifications.
