Job Responsibilities:
Planning and coordinating various activities at site.
Monitoring the construction of Buildings, Periodic reviewing & monitoring the progress of the projects for ensuring completion of projects within the scheduled time & cost parameters.
Managing or construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction and coordination with site management activities
Organizing field forces, equipment necessary, and estimating the type and quantities of resources to implements the work.
Detailing of rebar shop drawings & getting it approved by the consultant & placing the call off orders
Coordination between the sub-contractors of civil and mechanical work.
Tracking & Monitoring of Contractor’s Schedules.
