2007-2008 NATS Business – Business Portfolio Management – Planner
Responsible for the planning of the NATS Business Portfolio Investment for the duration of the Investment period. Duties of the role included:-
¨ Ensuring all major inter-related dependencies were captured, tracked and reported on a monthly basis to the Manager of NATS Portfolio Management.
¨ Chairing and reporting on the monthly Project Launch Meeting reviewing Projects due to be launched and release of funds for projects entering new phases
¨ Chairing the Monthly Portfolio Progress meeting and reviewing progress, status and reviewing any problems/issues
¨ Facilitating the Resource Management meetings across the different sectors of the business (Air Traffic Control and Engineering)
¨ Assisting in the development of Investment Proposals to generate ROMs for the Business to consider for inclusion into the Investment Portfolio
¨ Representing the Programmes Division at tactical Business meetings.
