  • Produce and update the project schedule in coordination with all departments, histograms, and tabular man-hours reports for the project.
  • Involve in FEED Design and tender Stage in collaboration with the engineering team.
  • Establish project governance including all stakeholders and deliver project progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations. Ensure all projects are maintained in the central project portfolio management tool.
  • Develop and update the project report (WPR, MPR, Client Invoice), Cost Control report, Cash Flow, and SBU report for the Project board and the Client.
