·         Ensured timely project completion in coordination with project management

·         Was responsible for developing and maintaining a resource loaded Port commissioning schedule for mobilising workers and vendors to site.

·         Providing assistance to commissioning managers and team members with weekly progress reports, including identifying risks to timely completion and mitigation strategies.

·         As the project neared completion, my role changed to keeping track of punch list items and incorporate subcontractors works into these, in conjunction with clients Maintenance Management team.
