·         Ensured timely project completion in coordination with project management

·         Was responsible for developing and maintaining a resource loaded Port commissioning schedule for mobilising workers and vendors to site.

Responsible for the development of a system-based commissioning and start-up plan for a new Gas Plant in EG. The first stage included Power Generation, Gas Compression and Injection packages along with associated utilities (Flare, Drains, Air and Utility Water etc). The second stage involved commissioning of a new Gas Plant and LPG Storage tanks.

 Commissioning activities were resourced to provide manning requirements and progress reports by manhours.
