  • Overall responsibility for establishing systems for 12 year program for Schedule, Cost, Risk and Change Management from kick-off of the program.
  • In-depth work with two projects worth over £2bn from concept estimate (Thames Tunnel) to Design & Build Tender (Lee).
  • Development of processes, procedures and reporting, for program controls, whilst delivering immediate information on progress. Recruitment of all Program Control personnel, direct and functional management of team of 15.
  • Involved in Finance, HR, Procurement and overall Program Management.
