• Overall responsibility for establishing systems for 12 year program for Schedule, Cost, Risk and Change Management from kick-off of the program.
• In-depth work with two projects worth over £2bn from concept estimate (Thames Tunnel) to Design & Build Tender (Lee).
• Development of processes, procedures and reporting, for program controls, whilst delivering immediate information on progress.

• Programme Controls lead for $1.1B Water Capital Investment Programme; comprising 170 city-wide projects, with planning and implementation responsibility for all programme controls functions.
• Extensive interaction with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement and Construction personnel as well as Client Management and Programme Stakeholders.
• Responsible for ensuring that all integrated project controls processes and systems for the programme are implemented and that all employees are fully trained with these processes and systems.

• Leading project controls staff of 86 professionals including risk managers, schedulers, estimators, cost engineers, system engineers and document controllers at different locations to manage program controls configuration, implementation and operations.
• Managing the processes of planning, progress reporting, risk management, cost engineering and controls, contracts management document controls system
• Managing online dash board for the King and Ministry of Housing of KSA.
• Controlling capital budget of the program and managing consultancy budget of Parsons

Served as Program Controls Manager/Lead Cost Analyst for the Federal Transit Administration (FTA)  on the reconstruction of the Wold Trade Center in NewYork City as Project Managment Oversight Contractor (PMOC).  Oversaw budget of $3.4 billion in federal funding.  Did estimate, cost, and budget analyses and schedule forecasting.
