Planning and Scheduling Engineer for the West section of the programme. Main responsibilities included review of Clause 32 monthly programmes and programmes for Notified Compensation Events under the NEC3 contract.

• Overall responsibility for establishing systems for 12 year program for Schedule, Cost, Risk and Change Management from kick-off of the program.
• In-depth work with two projects worth over £2bn from concept estimate (Thames Tunnel) to Design & Build Tender (Lee).
• Development of processes, procedures and reporting, for program controls, whilst delivering immediate information on progress.

• Development of Main Works construction and commissioning programme in Primavera P6 R7 including resource and cost loading

• Development of Time Chainage programmes using Asta Tilos

• Validation of programme integrity using Acumen Fuse

• Development of preconstruction programme including consents, design and procurement

• Evaluation of four Main Contractors Tender programmes (NEC Contract)

 

• Ensure that programmes are updated and monitored against agreed contractor schedules
• Review the Contractor’s P6 programme regularly, providing information to the management team in order to control resources, programmes, projects and contractors performance
