• Monitoring and controlling project performance against scope, schedule, quality and cost baseline while managing project risk and resources.
- Develop and manage relationships with key and large international accounts as per cost estimates, pricing, strategies, routing and plans.
• Represent company in Rome regarding Glo1 Submarine project
• Negotiate and liaise with the Legal Department to review contract agreement between the company, its’ suppliers, vendors, subcontractors to protect company interest.
• Manage suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to deliver scopes of work in line with deliverables.
• Developing and monitoring of quality metrics for international traffic
• Manage trading of international traffic online and offline.
