- Preparation of detailed fully resourced and cost loaded design, erection, commissioning programmes.
- Preparation of various progress and analysis reports.
- Critical path analysis
- Monitor and update of programme in line with progress
- Chair regular project team review meetings
- Change control in Programmes
- Mentor and lead intermediate planners
