Thales Rail Signalling Solutions (2010 – 2011)

Assigned to set up Project Controls, Planning Processes, WBS / CBS, Internal dashboard reporting and external Client reporting for the Neasden Depot Upgrade Project (NDUP). Project involved redevelopment of the largest depot on the LU network to accommodate the next generation of new ‘S’ Stock trains. Works involved delivery of a new integrated signalling and control system whilst maintaining a fully operational depot. Project targetted to achieve a 40% increase in passenger capacity.
