(Bi)/Weekly/Monthly reports generation including ‘S’-curves for client & Management review.



Identifying, monitoring& streamlining of critical paths running through the Project Schedule and individual contracts.



Preparing & Tracking of the project scheduled and summary level curves and Manpower histogram.



Prepare Project Control System to measure the project progress and prepare the Earned Value



Analysis indices to identify the project schedule and cost status.



Assisting the project Manager with various reports like progress report, Cost report, Recovery plans, Corrective action plans and Resource Identification
