Experienced in using Oracle Primavera to create project plans and progress them using a pre-defined work break down structure. Experienced in using Oracle Primavera to optimise a programme as a whole being familiar with the issues that arise and how to overcome them. Proficient knowledge of the typical projects that National Grid undertakes, their durations, issues at the various stages such as development or execution and steps that can be taken to modify the plan to allow it to fit inside a programme of work.<

·         Review project work scope, contract milestones and project requirements incorporating all to the project baseline.

·         Develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) using Primavera P3, and work with the project team in finalizing the WBS for progress measurement, monitoring, and project control.
