• Maintenance of the project Performance Measurement Baseline.
• Maintenance of the Cost/ Schedule Control System documentation, including Earned Value Management and Scheduling.
• Develop and maintain the Earned Value System Description and Earned Value Management Plan in conjunction with the Project Scheduler.
• Collect monthly Earned Value progress from Control Account Managers and Alliance partners.
• Preparation of monthly Cost Schedule Status Reports using Cobra Cost Processor.
• Analysis of project performance using Earned Value methodologies.
• Participation in Integrated Baseline Reviews with project Alliance partner.
• Reconciliation of cost performance data in conjunction with Alliance participants
• Conduct of monthly performance meetings with Scheduler and Cost Account Managers
• Development of multi currency reports in Cobra.
A major achievement of Mr Ranclaud was establishing the Project Djimindi Alliance Integrated Project Management System (DAIPMS), the project’s Cost/ Schedule Control System.
