Planning Engineer,

Major Responsibilites:

• Preparing planning packages including WBS, all levels plan, prepared Critical path of the project.
• Preparing master plan, base line plan , recovery plan, crush schedule,  and schedule for tender and insurance
• Preparing Revnue cash flow , cost distribution and cash flow ‘S’ curve
• Preparing resource loading, man power histogram and equipment list
• Performing Earned value management for measuring project performances, cost analysis and future forecasts
• Comparing actual vs. planned Program includes Timing & Cost
• Prepared budget for project.
• Updating plan on Monthly basis
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Prepared crushed plan for subcontractor
• Prepared revenue cash flow, man power histogram and equipment
