Develops and monitors short term (14 weeks) preliminary construction schedules.Determines critical-path activities, reviews schedule data, methods for activity durations, time extension and constraints to establish logical work sequences for assigned discipline or specialties. Monitors schedule deviation for assigned disciplines or specialties including subcontractor submittals, and recommends corrective action/workaround solutions for project considerations.
